The 16 Ambulatory Surgical Centers in North Dakota are certified by CMS to participate in the Medicare/Medicaid program, and meet the conditions set forth in subparts B and C of this part. These distinct entities that operate exclusively for the purpose of providing surgical services to patients not requiring hospitalization.
