Non-Discrimination to Applicants, Clients and Other Beneficiaries
This policy seeks to prevent and eliminate discrimination against individuals
in employment and in the delivery of programs and services administered and
supervised by the North Dakota Department of Health and to make all programs and
activities accessible to people with disabilities.
This policy also aims
to provide policies and procedures to assure that organizations receiving state
or federal financial assistance through the Department of Health comply with
anti-discrimination provisions under applicable state and federal law.
