Public Information The Office of Public Information enhances the Department of Health’s mission by developing and implementing a comprehensive program to communicate public health information, policies and resources effectively to the citizens of North Dakota. The office is responsible for coordinating the department’s public information efforts, developing and implementing emergency communication plans, working with the media, and coordinating communication efforts with other state agencies and community organizations.
