Training North Dakota's Hazardous Waste Management Rules require that generators of hazardous waste properly store, treat, store, recycle, transport and dispose of their waste. As an aid in this task, the Hazardous Waste Program created the Hazardous Waste Compliance Guide. This guide covers compliance, manifesting, labeling, biennial reporting, recordkeeping, and other documentation in an easier to understand format to assist in compliance with waste management regulations.
