North Dakota Statutes
N.D.C.C. Section 23-07-01 provides for the maintenance of the
statewide population-based cancer registry system.
All facilities including those providing inpatient and/or outpatient
services, health-care facilities and health-care providers providing
screening, diagnostic or therapeutic services shall report any
diagnosis of cancer to the Department of Health’s cancer registry as
defined in
Administrative Rule Chapter 33-06-02. Cancers to be reported are
as listed in
Administrative Rule Chapter 33-06-01, Conditions Designated as
Reportable.
