My Life Check and The Simple 7 

It’s never too late to make better choices for your health. That’s why the American Heart Association experts created My Life Check and The Simple 7. 

My Life Check

Assess the health of your heart using the My Life Check tool to know where you stand on your road to good health and see which steps you need to take to reach your best health potential. My Life Check will help you identify seven simple steps you can take to get healthy and improve your heart health and quality of life. From there you will be directed to specific action plans that will help you get informed, change your behaviors and move you closer to your individual health goals.
