Reference Bacteriology

The Reference Bacteriology Area accepts referral cultures for identification, confirmation, archiving or specialized testing for diseases of public health significance. Diagnostic and emergency testing is provided for bacterial disease outbreaks of public health concern and support of departmental programs.
