Hazardous Waste Report

The North Dakota Hazardous Waste Management Rules require hazardous waste Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (TSDs), Large Quantity Generators (LQGs) and Small Quantity Generators (SQGs) of hazardous waste to submit a hazardous waste report, also known as a biennial report, by March 1 of each even numbered year.

What type of information is included in the report?

Biennial Reports for TSDs and LQGs may be submitted to the department either electronically or by hard copy.  SQGs are to submit hard copies only.

Where do you obtain the reporting forms?

LQGs are to use the Federal forms.  A hard copy of the forms and instructions can be obtained at USEPA=s web page: Hazardous Waste Report Instructions and Forms (near end of document).
